Hi All,

My business is trying to migrate the email client from Lotus Notes (8.5.3) to Microsoft exchange.

As a developer, I need to perform an analysis on the existing client and web applications in order to learn the impact of the mail file migration on the same.

Is there anyone who have a check list of the items which need to be performed by the Lotus Notes developer for a mail file migration?(Application perspective) If means can you please share the same.

The below items are the ones, which I have identified as part of my checklist for the analysis
• Categorize the applications which are using workflow
• Analysis the work flow applications for the emailing functionality
• Validate the emails which are embedded with a link to a document or database in Lotus Notes
• Analysis any application which is having interaction with external source

Any information which you post, would be really helpful for me.

Please help me out with identifying the items which will get affected and how to come over the issues in analysis and implementation.
